Overtime loss seals fate for Lions
This was one of those must-win games of the season.
Weekly Catch-Up
In a tie-breaking set, the York Lions came up short to end the match with a 3-2 loss to the Toronto Varsity Blues on Jan. 16. The Lions started off strong in the first set against their opponent and came back in the fourth to make the match a five-set showdown.
Leafs make their return
This week has been fun. For one, the Leafs have had a really strong showing with an impressive West Coast swing, making stops in Los Angeles and San Jose before wrapping up in Phoenix, and coming away with two wins out of a possible three.

Weekly catch up
In a tough five-set match between the York Lions and the Windsor Lancers on Jan. 9, the Lions managed to pull off a 3-2 victory, beating the Lancers 25-12, 25-23, 26-28, 16-25, 15-11.
