Ingredients
1 lb of tilapia
3 cloves of garlic, chopped and crushed
1 red pepper, cut in slices
1/2 a red onion, cut in slices
pepper
salt
parsley
Directions
Preheat the oven to 175 degrees C (350 degrees F). While the oven is heating, season the tilapia with pepper and salt on both sides. Add the crushed garlic afterwards. In a baking tray with non-stick cooking paper, place the tilapia in with the sliced pepper and the sliced red onion. Bake for 20 minutes until the tilapia is a bit brown and the peppers and onions are a bit soft. Add parsley if desired.
