Spotted On Campus • Breaking news: according to a Toronto bylaw, eating a slice of pie in the Technology Enhanced Learning (TEL) building is now apparently punishable with up to a $5,000 fine. Cakes, muffins, and other pastries, however, seem to be acceptable. Excalibur was unable to reach the City of Toronto for clarification. As of now, students are advised to steer clear of all pastries in TEL.
